Friends of Bousfield is a London-based charity dedicated to supporting Bousfield Primary School, its 200 families and the wider local community. With communications scattered across multiple channels and only a basic, often outdated presence on the School’s website, audiences were left navigating inconsistent information and growing frustration.

To streamline engagement and take control of its digital presence, Friends of Bousfield tasked me with the creation of its first standalone website - a single, reliable destination for updates, events and involvement opportunities, fully independent from the School’s platform.

The project included end-to-end website development from CMS discovery, information architecture and visual design to copywriting, UX testing and stakeholder onboarding - laying the foundation for a clearer, more connected community experience.
