From Hotel to Storytelling Hub

Conrad Hotels & Resorts, a globally recognized luxury brand, sought to stand apart in an increasingly saturated hospitality landscape. To meet the challenge, they partnered with New York City agency PI&C to redefine their brand presence and inspire a new generation of travelers.

Grounded in Conrad’s brand ethos - Never Just Stay. Stay Inspired. - PI&C repositioned the hotel group as a modern storytelling brand, delivering a dynamic new identity and a wave of content unlike anything the industry had ever seen.

At the heart of this transformation was Conrad 1/3/5 - a custom-built content hub featuring local experiences curated in 1, 3 and 5 hour slots. Led by Peter Jon Lindberg, the world’s first editor-in-chief of a hotel company, the platform became a living guide to meaningful discovery for key Conrad destinations around the globe.
