The challenge

Standing apart in a saturated luxury landscape

Conrad Hotels & Resorts, a globally recognised luxury brand, needed to stand apart in an increasingly crowded hospitality market. One where every competitor had converged on the same visual language and the same brand promises.

Working with New York City based creative agency PI&C, Conrad made the bold strategic bet to reposition the brand not as a place to stay, but as a platform for inspired living. That ethos - Never Just Stay. Stay Inspired. - became the foundation for Conrad 1/3/5, a custom content hub of local experiences curated in 1, 3 and 5-hour windows, led by Peter Jon Lindberg, the world's first editor-in-chief of a hotel company.

My contribution

Bringing the content experience to life

As Creative Designer on the PI&C team, I worked under the art director to bring the Conrad 1/3/5 platform to life, helping translate the brand's new editorial identity into a digital experience that felt genuinely unlike any hotel website that had come before it.

My work spanned UX design and information architecture across 20 destination hubs, content design for 130+ individual experience pages, and adaptation of campaign assets across digital, social media, print, and on-property channels. All in service of preserving the editorial quality of Peter Lindberg's content at global scale.
