About section body copy: The Friends of Bousfield, otherwise known as FoB, is a registered charity in England set up and operated by volunteer parents and carers of Bousfield Primary School. Our purpose is to advance the education of pupils at the School by organising social events, supporting fundraising efforts and fostering relationships between the staff and parents of the School. We take our mission seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously, making the FoB a fun and welcoming community for all. Every parent and carer whose child joins the School is automatically a member of the FoB and there are countless ways to get involved. Whether you have just a few hours to spare each year or want to join the FoB team, no act of support is too big or small.

Introduction body copy: The Friends of Bousfield, otherwise known as FoB, is a registered charity in England. Our purpose is to advance the education of pupils at Bousfield Primary School by organising social events, supporting fundraising efforts and fostering relationships between the staff and parents of the School. The FoB is operated by a team of volunteer parents and carers of the School. Within the team, there are two main types of roles - Trustees and subcommittee roles. The FoB Trustees manage the legal, financial and governance aspects of the FoB and ensure its smooth running. FoB sub-committee roles align under a Trustee vertical and hold unique responsibilities within that vertical. Every parent and carer whose child joins the School is automatically a member of the FoB and we encourage everyone to get involved in any way they can.
